What's your price?

Our prices are subject to change based on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for more information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require an ongoing minimum order quantity for all international orders. If you want to resell but the quantity is much smaller, we suggest you consult our customer service.

Can you provide the relevant safety certificate of electric blanket?

Yes, we can provide certificates from EU, USA and Mainland China. Insurance; Origin and other required export documents.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, delivery time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit (depending on the size of the order). Delivery time is effective after (1) we have received your deposit and (2) we have obtained your final approval for your product. If our delivery time does not match your deadline, please check your requirements at the time of sale. In any case, we will do our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we are able to do so.

Do you guarantee safe and reliable delivery of the product?

Yes, we always use high quality export packing.

How about freight?

The shipping cost depends on the method you choose to pick up the goods. Express delivery is usually the fastest but also the most expensive way. Sea transport is the best solution for bulk goods. If we know the details of quantity, weight and method, we can only give you the exact freight. Please contact our customer service for more information.
